The objective of this deliverable is to summarize the actions taken to handle all ethical issues
when and if such arise within the Network activities. A chapter on a possible project ethical
policy is included. Data has been collected from the consortium partners in order to evaluate
the gender participation within INTUITIION. As expected more women than men are
participating in INTUITUION. In order to encourage more women working in the highly
auspicious field of Virtual reality (VR), a gender action plan and guidelines have been
developed.
